Bethel constructed an 8,788 sf two story 68-bed dormitory within the existing 10-acre Yuut Elitnaurviat People's Learning Center Campus in Bethel, Alaska. The building provided a combination of bunk-beds and efficiency apartments.
The City Shop is a 90’x150’ clear span metal building with 20’ eave heights. The building includes a concrete foundation, floor slab, exterior aprons, and a steel structure with insulated metal siding panels. Due to the extreme weather in Egegik, the building was designed to withstand wind and snow loads, as well as the seismic effects prescribed for the geographical area.
Biannual compliance sampling is part of the compliance-related cleanup project plans for both the Camp Zama Old Landfill (CZOL) and the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) Gas Station at Camp Zama, Japan. CZOL is a reclaimed landfill and currently supports a golf driving range, skeet range, and other uses.
