Bethel provides comprehensive environmental remediation solutions. We provide various site-specific remedial schemes for the clean-up of contaminated soil and groundwater as well as mitigating hazards in building materials to include asbestos and lead-in-paint. Contaminants mitigated in soil and groundwater have included petroleum, heavy metals, solvents, munitions, and pesticides.
Our remediation services are turn-key from the preparation of planning documents including design and construction documents to final reports to demonstrating mitigation of risk to both people and the environment. Bethel has the in-house capability to conduct subsurface investigations concurrent with remedial remedies thus providing economic and practical solutions to bringing sites to closure with state regulatory agencies. Solutions have included both on-site and off-site remedial methodologies. Our uniquely qualified staff includes geologists, engineers, chemists, construction managers, and GIS specialists; all of whom are integral to our success.
The Bethel portfolio of projects dates back over 30 years with clients including the Federal Aviation Administration, US Air Force, US Army, US Navy, US Coast Guard, Army National Guard, Air National Guard, Bureau of Land Management, multiple school districts, commercial construction companies, tribal governments, and numerous other entities. Work has been successfully executed throughout the western United States and select locations east of the Rocky Mountains. Project locations have ranged from urban settings in southern California to extremely remote locations in the Aleutian Islands off the coast of Alaska.
